Live Give Save Foundation (LGSF) is a donor advised fund (DAF) that processes donations from consumers using the Spave app to more than 1.5 million nonprofit organizations in good standing with the Internal Revenue Service. Through our partnership with Spave, LGSF empower nonprofits to attract new revenues from new generations through new technology.

Our founder, Susan Langer saw the perfect storm on the horizon when she transitioned from donor to employee with World Vision, following the attacks on 9/11. After consulting nonprofits through the 2008 financial crisis, Susan saw the need for new mechanisms to better engage donors, simplify technology for nonprofits and bridge the gap between donation and impact. Thus, the creation of Spave.

Donations are deposited weekly into an FDIC-insured, non-interest bearing donor advised fund (DAF) and transferred monthly to user-selected nonprofits.
Donors receive 100% tax write-off and a detailed tax receipt at the end of each year and can track all their giving in one place.
Nonprofits receive access to secure, relevant technology without spending precious overhead -- no credit card fees, no costly technology development or maintenance expense, and little-to-no staff time to add content to existing communications. We make it as turn-key as possible for resource-strapped nonprofits generate new revenues from new generations through new technology ... enhancing the donor engagement and experience.
The DAF reimburses Spave 6.5% for building and maintaining the safe and secure technology ecosystem and for creating a fun and rewarding user experience. It also pays 3.5% to our strategic partner who manages the platform that provides access to more than 1.5 million accredited nonprofits.
Example:
- Donor generates $100 in spavings over a month
- Live.Give.Save. transfers $100 to Donor Advise Fund (DAF)
- Donor Advise Fund distributes funds as follows:
  - $90 to donor's selected nonprofit(s)
  - $6.50 to Live.Give.Save.
  - $3.50 to our strategic partner (database of 1.5 million accredited nonprofits)
